Canvass is currently available through participating organizations. Send us a note and we’ll route it to the right person.
Contact support
Email hello@peoplebyplace.com. Include your device type, the participating organization that invited you, and a short description of what happened. Please do not email contact-list exports or other sensitive personal information.
Contact permission
You can allow or revoke contact access at any time in iOS or Android Settings. Without contact access, you can still open the app, but contact matching will not work.
Incorrect matches or place information
Possible matches should be reviewed before you confirm them. If a person, address, district, or community label appears incorrect, leave it unconfirmed and contact support so the source data can be reviewed.
Delete your account
In the app, open Profile and choose Delete account. You can also see the account deletion instructions for another way to submit a verified request.
Report a safety concern
Read our child safety standards and use the in-app reporting link or email hello@peoplebyplace.com. Do not attach or forward suspected child sexual abuse material.
